What is wrong with this school

Literally for the past week I’ve been trying to talk to a real person regarding my transcript updating on Ontario colleges but not on the Sheridan application

I tried live chat, it makes me wait for 30+ minutes and then this fuckass brono bot just closes it

I tried calling and there’s no available agents

Emails, service hub tickets etc etc no response

My best bet would probably be just driving up there

Am I the only one experiencing this?
