My Instagram is suspended and I can't cancel meta+ subscription

What should I do if my Meta account was disabled/locked and set for deletion after my Instagram account was suspended. I cannot log into the Meta Quest app (horizon) or access my Quest 2. Whenever i try to reach out for meta support I cannot obviously log in into my meta account because of the lock, when I try to enter the serial number lookup says "No product found."
