Being a judge/coach/trainer for survival shows/comps (Preslee Tucker on world scout the final piece)

I have NO CLUE where to ask this question so im trying my luck here and on the dance community, but I'm hoping to be a pro dancer/choreographer and reallyyyy specifcally wanna work in the kpop industry/with kpop artists but one of my goals/hopes is to end up as a coach/trainer/judge on one of those kpop/global survival shows like World scout the final piece or Pop star academy but i legit have no clue how??? I was surprised to see Preslee as one when i learnt how young she is and the act she isn't able to speak Japanese so i was curious on how she got the job, like what connections do u need, do u audition or do they find and hire u??? I have no clue lol, for more context tho I do plan to move to LA and I do plan to learn Korean and become fluent in it (Hopefully Japanese too) anyways any help or knowledge would be appreciatedddd
