Pc freeze with buzzing noise while gaming

My PC has been crashing for several days now. Basically, whenever I play a game for a couple of minutes, the image completely freezes and a very loud, distorted sound starts coming from the headphones (a horrible buzzing noise). The system does not reboot by itself, it stays frozen in this state until I manually restart it.

I checked event viewer it shows kernel power, I thought it was a cooling problem but my temperatures are high but not that high around 80 while gaming
