I'm on a rollercoaster because of HRT

Venting

I started HRT a month ago and at first I was extremely happy with it - changes in my body started to be quickly visible and it felt as if my body had finally calmed down - but now I got to the parts where the hormones are affecting my head.

It started with a book my friend lent to me, "Gideon the Ninth". I enjoyed it, but the ending was so sad to me that I was down in the dumps for an entire week. Everything now makes me sad, and I try to find something happy to watch or read, but I can't force myself to do it. Yesterday I was crying for 10 minutes at work because the story I read on the Internet had a bittersweet ending.

Also my body aches. My nipples hurt, my head always feels full, I'm constantly tired, I have been working 63 hours a week for a month already and there's still a month and a half to go. I want to go home and go to sleep, but once I get there, I can't really relax because everyone wants something from me whenever I try to sleep or just do nothing. And they're all so loud, and we have a guest and she's all over the place, literally no one in my home can't do anything quietly, they need to show you that they're here and they're doing something and they want you to know about it!!!!!

And I can't even tell anyone about it. My friends have their own problems and are busy, my dad hates trans people and would hate me if he found out, my mom treats me like an effeminate gay man because she watched too much Glee and Heartstopper, and my brother threatened me with a knife when I came out to him. I can't afford a therapist and I can't even meet with my endocrinologist, because he's not free til October.

Anyway, I'm tired. I'm just waiting till the university starts in October; I live with three roommates, but it's still better than in my family home, because in the city I at least have a room on my own and a lock, and I don't have to work 9 hours a day

It started as a rant about HRT, but it looks like this is actually about my frustrations. You don't have to respond, I just wanted to let it all out and it seemed like confessing to a bunch of strangers on Reddit was the safest option possible
