Indian Nurse — Passed NCLEX, USA Jobs in 2026?

Hi everyone, I’m an Indian nurse who has passed NCLEX-RN. I’d like to know about the nursing shortage/crisis in the USA in 2026 And is it worth moving to the USA to work as a nurse in 2026?

Would really appreciate recent experiences and honest advice. Thanks!
