Planning to move out of Pakistan

As the title suggest. I haven't thought about it before but due to current circumstances the future looks difficult here.

So I have a masters with lot of publications. Eight years of experience in IT, currently working for a European firm remotely. Have all the relevent certifications.

Will it be possible for me to move to Europe easily or it'll be difficult? I literally have no clue at the moment.

I'm planning for Scandinavian countries mainly.

So is it possible to move for job from here? Or should I try for Phd (which is my future goal even I'm 35)
