Custom Nobz squad

Hey! I m planning on building a custom Nob unit with 2 Boss nobz from old (8th edition) boys, 2 from the new upcoming boy and one big boss. Is it okay ? Should I be good, even in future tournaments perhaps ??

What weapons/equipment do I need to make a full non squad, I have some spare bit.

Thank you !
