Cheapest way to get from SNA to Grand Californian?

Hi Friends! I just got laid off and have an already paid for trip to Disneyland in two weeks. I see there is no airport shuttle from John Wayne to the Grand Californian. I looked up a couple shuttle companies but they seemed pretty expensive. Is there a hack to using someone other hotel's airport shuttle and then walking? Or is that just a non starter? Is uber the way to go? Trying to save money where I can but going to go on the trip anyway since it was already paid for. It's two adults and two kids. Thanks for any advice?
