My experience with BPD and LSD
I feel like nothing in this world has helped me more than LSD with becoming more accepting of myself, my life, my conditions and…. well…. just everything
I’m not saying that everyone should take LSD. (and this post isn’t to say you should take LSD either, just talking on my experience with it), I certainly don’t think it’s for everyone with just how all over the place it can be, but for me its genuinely done so much more for me than therapy has ever done.
It helps me look at my problems from an outside perspective with no emotional attachments behind it, find reasonable and logical solutions to them, go through the grief of my problems in an instant and in turn, brings me a true inner peace afterwards that helps me look at the world realistically. Not in a splitting way.
I used to procrastinate, overreact, tear apart myself from the inside out with no end to it before LSD. I still have my moments obviously but its become so much easier to manage things since starting it up more consistently.
I’m still cautious, of course, drugs aren’t to be played with, but I really am forever thankful.
