Hi need some advice

I'm 17 M i was addicted since 12 and i deal with hypersexuality now. I tried to quit for 2 years, i was able to go 30 days easy without doing it but now i do it once 2 days or 4, i gave up on quitting cuz nothing worked and i started to not take this addiction serious over past 5 months cuz trying to quit made me more stressed than actually staying addicted dont know what to do now
