Backlight no longer switches off automatically

Hello,

For about three days now, I’ve been having a problem where the backlight on my Pebble Time 2 no longer switches off automatically.

All the backlight functions are working – both brightness and colour. So I don’t think it’s a hardware fault, but rather a problem with the software or settings. I’ve already tried various backlight settings and performed a factory reset. The problem persists: once the backlight comes on – whether manually or automatically – it won’t switch off until I disable it completely in the settings.

Has anyone else had the same problem, or do you have any advice on how I can sort this out?
