[Thailand] I got angry at work and confronted my boss’s wife how should I handle this now?[th]

Workplace Issues

I work at a school in Thailand, and I’m looking for some advice about a situation I’ve probably handled badly.
The boss’s wife works in the office, and she regularly brings food in for some people but not others. It’s always the same people who get included, and this has happened around four times now. I know it might sound silly because it’s “just food,” but in Thailand I feel like sharing food is also about inclusion and showing consideration, so after seeing the same thing happen repeatedly, I’d built up a lot of resentment.
Yesterday I asked her, “What are you eating?” and she replied “sourdough” and walked off. I felt really angry and, stupidly, I punched a wall five times. I realised I was getting out of control, so I found a homeroom teacher and talked/walked with them until I calmed down.
Later, the boss’s wife walked past me and I said, “Was the bread nice?” She ignored me, so I went back to the office and sat there for the rest of the day.
When I was leaving, in front of everyone, I quickly said something like, “I’m sorry if I upset you, I just don’t want to cause a problem here,” and left.
I then realised I had forgotten something in the office, so I went back and apologised to her again. I said I was sorry for getting angry. She seemed confused, and eventually I explained that I was upset because I felt like she always gives food to certain people and not me.
She gave me some bread after that, but honestly it didn’t feel sincere. It felt more like she had been caught out and was giving it to me because I had mentioned it.
Now I feel like I’ve really screwed up by letting her know I’m annoyed. She is the boss’s wife, and we basically don’t have HR at work, so I’m worried that if I’ve upset her, I could make my working situation difficult.
I know punching the wall was completely wrong, and I regret handling my anger that way. I also realise I probably should have dealt with the underlying issue much earlier instead of letting it build up.
What would you do from here? Should I just act completely normal and stop mentioning the situation, or should I apologise one more time and try to clear the air?
I’m also wondering how this might be viewed culturally in Thailand, because I’m not Thai and I don’t want to misread the situation.
