Stepped down as TL

I recently stepped down as a TL due to a myriad of reasons. I started a new position (non TL) @ a new store and have been hesitant to check my pay status as pay was not discussed when I requested to step down from the position. I decided to bite the bullet and look today and I am not disappointed! The 49 cents I lost was well worth my mental stability and inner peace!
