guys i need some tips

so basically i listen to 'everyone's obsession, popular girl' typa subliminals, and i feel like the results are not coming on my life but in my bsf's life (she doesnt know abt subliminals), it feels like this energy is not coming in my life but in her life, like she's popular among everyone, almost everyone crushes on her, ppl talk abt her etc. n im in the background, she is rlly pretty n im decent too.. but idk what is happening.. on social media i do get dms n all but irl very rarely.. what should i do??
