Pray the rosary in place of someone else?

It’s said that if you fall asleep while praying the rosary, your guardian angel finishes the prayer for you.

God also wants us to pray for others.

So what if we pray the rosary in place of those who are not ready yet to pray it themselves? Would they receive the same graces they would if they were the ones praying?
