How to fix lower lat discrepancy?

Hey guys, longtime bodyweight fitness enthusiast here. I've come and destroyed the Recommended Routine and advanced beyond it, pushing into muscle ups, planche pushups, handstand pushups, etc. I fell off the wagon a couple years ago and I've been back at it a couple months now. My point is, I'm not exactly a beginner but not quite a pro either.

Simple question, what part of a pullup (or pushup?) addresses your lower latissimus dorsi? I've noticed on my left side, my lats extend down about half the distance my right side does. I'd like to correct this issue. I'm not sure what part of my movement is flawed because I'm not sure what exercise I do that specifically targets my lower lats.

TL;DR - How to specifically target your lower lats with BWF? My left lat is half the length of my right. My current routine is 3 sets of each: pullups, pushups on hand bars, squats, dips, hanging leg raises, bicep curls, and running for cardio.
