Need Advice After Accidentally Precipitating Kratom Withdrawal

I apologize in advance as I am sure I could find old posts on reddit with some similarity to what I'm going through. I did find a couple, but I am looking for more direct advice. So I hope that is ok.

I have been taking kratom gummies that say they contain 30 mg mitragynine each. I have always been confused about converting this to a powder dose but I have been taking on average three a day for 4-5 months. I have a history of functional substance abuse. I told my GP I wanted to reduce my alcohol use but did not tell her about my kratom use. Instead I just googled it and of course got very bad answers.

Anyway I stupidly took an entire 50 mg naltrexone yesterday a couple hours after taking a kratom gummy, and rapidly went into what I believe was precipitated withdrawal from the kratom. It was somewhat manageable due to my valium prescription, but the last thing I want to do is start abusing that.

Anyway my question is, am I ok quitting kratom cold turkey now? Is the worst over? I'm a little scared. I have been through withdrawal before from bromazolam. This was a little better than that but it was no picnic, don't get me wrong.
