will anesthesia actually make you say things you don’t want to?

all these “funny” videos i see online of people coming off anesthesia are weird to me, like they always blurt out embarassing stuff. how do i know that won’t happen to me. if it helps, im usually very socially aware when im drunk/high and i keep myself from saying things i dont want to well, is it going to be similar when im coming off of anesthesia?
