I really need help

I don’t know if this is the right sub, other than I am from MA, born and raised here. I went to the south and lived there for about 4 months. It was the most confusing, horrific, depriving experience I’ve ever had. It’s been half a year already since I got back, and i still don’t feel safe. It’s been hurting my life in every facet. It’s like my life got changed forever. I don’t know if there is a way out, and I really need help.
