How to avoid TRT gap in treatment

I've been working with an online clinic and so far so good. My date of refill was 8/7. Made my payment on 8/4. Last dose and ran out 8/3. I feel fine but still haven't seen any shipping notification. I'm being told it can take up to 10 business days to ship. If that happens I'll be 2 weeks zero treatment. Is this inevitable? First couple deliveries were super fast. I feel fine but I'm afraid of crashing out.
