I want to be seductive and flirty but I don’t know how, what should I do?

I have a high drive and I don’t think guys realise that because I’m very shy. I’m not good at talking to people in general as I’m autistic so don’t know how to flirt, I’m also scared of being rejected so I kind of hold myself back.

I want to have more sex as I’ve only been with one guy, my ex but I also don’t want to do it with people who would just be having sex for the sake of it with me, I want them to be interested in me in some way. That’s why I don’t just want to hook up with random people on dating apps, I’d rather hook up with someone I know in person.

There’s a guy at work who maybe interested in me but I don’t know how to flirt with him. He touches me a lot and I’m scared to touch him back. I do eventually want to sleep with him but I just don’t know how that can happen when my social skills are bad, I’m scared of rejection and my face and body language come across as uninterested when I don’t mean to be
