Unstable Internet connexion (Wi-Fi) only on my laptop

Hi, I have a big problem.

My Internet connexion on my phone is more or less stable (between 25 and 40ms, which is fine for me) but my laptop is doing terrible ! I try to play online and can get up to 3s of lag ! It's random spikes and I can't understand why. I thought it was my Internet connexion but no. I tried disabling the Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter but to no end.

Can someone help me please ?
