Itchy mouth/tongue…maybe amoxicillin? What do I do?

Took amoxicillin last night, seemed to be okay besides throat tightness except I don’t know it it’s that or reflux…now it’s been 16 hours since last dose and I don’t know whether to chalk up this itching to amoxicillin as a delayed reaction…

I have Claritin (all I have on me) and epipens for a different allergy…should I take Claritin see if it helps? I’m worried it’ll mask other symptoms that could indicate a shock? The itching is annoying but I’m worried of missing any other warning signs. I’m not that experienced with allergies…what would be the course of action?

I’m aware any respiratory problem is immediately the ER but does this warrant a visit? I’m not even really sure it’s the amoxicillin…
