Looking for guidance on what kind of very basic/entry level jobs I could get as my first job that are in an office or similar

Hi! I'm 25 M and looking for some guidance on what I can get as my first job. I'm really looking for anything that will be pretty basic and a "boring" office job (or something similar). Money isn't an issue right now (which obviously I expect something very much on the lower side for what I'm asking), it's more just about getting the job itself.

Some backstory (and possible problems): I have an AS degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Psychology. I did get good grades but between some mental health problems and home-life I didn't network or do any internships at all. I also didn't take the time to REALLY study so while I have some knowledge, I'm definitely not fit for any sort of competitive role that you'd need to have mastered your field. It's also been 2+ years since I graduated because for most of my life I was a fulltime caretaker for my grandparents and then once I graduated, their health problems got even worse to the point they couldn't do anything themselves so that took up all my time until they recently passed away.

I have general knowledge of computers and I like doing busywork so that's why I'm looking for the type of job I am. I'm going to research more about it myself but would really appreciate any sort of guidance and help on the type of jobs and titles I should be looking for. (I also don't think I'm too good for any sort of retail job or anything like that, but it's not a rush so I'd rather try to land something like that before going that way.. if possible)

Thank you for anyone that takes the time to comment :)
