Just started Vyvanse and haven’t slept, is this okay?

Just looking for comfort/advice from anyone who has been in the same or similar situation.

I usually sleep a lot like 10-14 hours a day, I am also always fatigued and have naps if I am doing tedious tasks. I took my first Vyvanse yesterday, (in the afternoon, what a mistake) and now it is 6am today with no sleep and I feel hyper energised. It’s been over the “10-12” hours that my doctor said it would last and I still feel abnormally awake. I also have this annoying headache which I am unsure if it’s because my body is actually tired, I could be sick or if it is a side effect from the medication. Either way, I feel abnormally hyper which makes me worry I am not gonna sleep at all today, and I worry I might crash just as hard as I am so awake.

Any advice? My doctor wanted me to take it daily so I will be taking it this morning soon.
