Looking for a room to rent out near UIC

Hello! I'm an incoming freshman looking for a place to rent out. I lazed around during the summer and got myself into this position (literally 12 days before the semester starts). Commuting would be rough for me since it'd be about 4hrs total. If you're interested or know anything, please let me know.

The budget that's been set for me would be around $1500, something with utilities included (like electricity and water I guess). I'm looking to tour and move in as soon as possible. I don't mind being with roommates either.
