Which OM646 engines have DPFs?

The OM646 exists in both Euro 3 and Euro 4 versions, not to mention a bunch of power options. Now i know for a fact that SOME of them have DFPs, and some do not. My question is: is it possible to know which ones have DPFs? Is there some kind of order to it, or is it random (and impossible to know, without checking the VIN)?
