Luigi's Mansion 3 doesn't run smoothly

The game is 6.35g, not the heaviest rom in my game folder, yet the only one not running smoothly. Clips have delay between audio an video and gameplay is 80% smooth. It's the same both on desktop and android and I use v0.2.1.

Is there a way to run the game completely smoothly?

Is it an issue with the rom?
