Mac minecraft input fix

I’ve run into an annoying bug: when I launch a world on my Mac, the camera jerks abruptly by a fixed number of pixels if I move the mouse while pressing WASD (or the spacebar). The mouse works perfectly fine otherwise.

However, if I hold down the Control key, everything works normally and there is no stuttering.

I’ve tried disabling mouse acceleration, changing the polling rate, installing input-fix mods, and reinstalling LWJGL—but nothing helps. Has anyone else encountered this on Apple Silicon and macOS Tahoe? How can I fix it? Macbook air m4 16gb
