Getting into Riftbound as Hearthstone player

Hi all I am a Hearthstone player who is fleeing the trainwreck that game has become recently and wanna try and get into Riftbound. I am looking to get a deck to be able to compete in the local Nexus Nights and maybe regionals but have no idea where to start with so many different decks being competitive (which is a great thing btw!).

I enjoyed playing control and combo in hearthstone and am looking for something like that here although if a more budget midrange option is available that would also be good. Also it would be nice if the deck was easy to pilot since I still have to learn the game. My budget is around 100€ although for a real competitive deck I could spend slightly more than that.

I reside in the EU so my best bet for getting the cards is probably CardMarket?
