Fruit Trees Advice - Winter 1

First play though, I'm a week into Winter, year 1. Town Rank C. Looking at the trees, they take 28 days to grow. What's a good game plan here? Winter trees obviously won't have enough time to bear fruit which I'm fine with. Looking for advice or inspo on where you guys have all your fruit trees planted/organized. I imagine I should buy what I can and plant now so by next winter I'll have the fruit? My current farm layout is random and chaotic and it's stressing me out 😂

Money is a little tight but every few days I can work my way up to ~10,000. Depending on how I save/hoard and spend. Didn't realize all the hay dies in winter 😅 Any advice is appreciated!
