PEKI not opening, just causing my screen to refresh 5.19.6

Every single time I click on it, it just refreshes the screen and takes me back.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve gone through the steps again, but the same thing keeps happening. I’ve also been trying to disable OTA updates, to no luck.
