[Question] Assassin's Creed III Remastered Owners - Are the Trophy bugs that bad?

From my research into this games plat, there seems to be a couple bugged trophies that don't seem to be bugged for everyone; but can still sometimes rear their ugly heads.

Is this something to be concerned about? Do any current owners have any tips for me before I take the plunge?
