how dangerous is quick resume to the ssd ?

as far as i know quick resume writes the memory on the ssd once you store more than 1 game in quick resume and everytime you switch between quick resume it contanstly writes 10-15gb on the ssd. i know that every ssd has a lifespan but once the ssd dies the whole console is not usable and you cant change the ssd because of the encryption key. is it even worth to use quick resume with that in mind ?
