Jan AOR - still waiting for FD?

Is there anyone with Jan AOR and still waiting for FD?

Below is my timeline:

AOR - Jan 16 (Dec 10 ITA)
Biometric Req - Mar 18
Biometric Completed - Mar 24
Med Completed - Mar 25
Eligibility Completed - May 5
Background Verification - In Progress

Inland CEC. Single applicant with foreign experience. No ADR or PFL etc. PVO/SVO are Vancouver/Sydney.

For me eligibility completed 3 months ago on May 5th (saw on tracker before it went down) but background verification has still remained in-progress. Overall application has exceeded 7 months now (standard for CEC is 6 months).

No FD or P1 still. My application was very straight forward. Not sure what's causing the delay. I hope it didn't go to comprehensive security check for some reason.

Anyone in a similar boat?
