No one will take a case against the city??

Having an issue for the last 4 yrs with the city and the contractors they hire to be on and around my property. Now after 4 yrs theyre trying to clear even more of my land because theyre afraid of a state audit. No lawyers in the area will take the case because they value their relationship with the city over the case. Tried calling lawyers outside of the city/County but im just told they dont work in my county.
