I'm gathering firsthand accounts and documentation concerning employees' experiences and conduct they witnessed while working with him or his businesses. The goal is to organize the information and documentation and provide it to an attorney for review.

What I'm looking for

If you currently work or previously worked for him or one of his businesses, you may have information involving:

• Retaliation or threats
• Misrepresentation or falsification
• Issues involving clients or security contracts
• Other conduct you believe may be relevant to potential legal claims

You do not need to determine whether something was illegal yourself. If you experienced or witnessed something that you believe may be relevant, simply provide the facts and details you remember.
