Hibachi combo question

Is there a reason people tend to go

CD2, CD2, CD4 4 1, F3D, 2 ender
Instead of
CD2, CD2, FCD2, F3, DF1, F3D, 2 ender?

Also, it seems like most of heihachis launchers (ff2, ff3, crouching DF2 etc) can be followed up by CD2, FCD2 into combo, but most people only do one electric.

Is this just consistency? Or wall carry?
