Mohela is truly awful

My student loans became due in July and I made a payment when I got my statement but they never applied it to July. I have made 8 phone calls now since the beginning of July and everyone tells me different things. My account was past due and then when I got paid I made my payment for July to get me out of past due status. Now I can’t make my payment for August because I don’t have the money and every month is just going to be past due because I just don’t have extra. I am already so broke that I have stopped buying groceries to pay this payment. My requests for that payment to get applied to my account keep getting denied by Mohela and I truly don’t know what to do. I know the amount went toward my loans but I want the payment to count because I’m doing PSLF. The offer that I’ve been given is to put the payment to the end of the loan and then I’d have to make the payment at the end. But I shouldn’t have to do that‼️‼️‼️ I’m so mad and I can’t go any further than the resolutions people. Mohela truly is an awful company and their employees are badly trained. I am doing the right thing and being punished for it. I’m so sick of this. I hate being poor and I hate that I am being screwed over by Mohela. They can take my money very quickly but apparently once they have it, they can’t do anything with it to fix their mistake
