Fido 50% Partner Discount removed while device financing continues — similar experience?

I was working for a third-party contractor/partner of Rogers/Fido and had two separate discounts:

• 50% off my monthly plan
• $10/month device financing discount for 24 months

I upgraded to a new phone in June/July 2025 and moved to a higher-priced plan because the 50% discount made the overall cost reasonable. The $10 device discount is still active.

I left the company, and Fido later removed the 50% plan discount. I still have around 11 months of device financing remaining, so my monthly cost increased by about $30–$40.

I contacted Fido and the Office of the President. Their position is that the discount was validly removed because I'm no longer eligible. They offered a plan only $5 cheaper.

I've now filed a CCTS complaint, which has been accepted.

Has anyone experienced something similar with the Fido/Rogers Partner Discount? If so, what resolution did you get, especially through CCTS or the Office of the President?
