Food : Little Chocolat's Heart for dinner tonight

Hi, I've (22M) been going through a divorce with my ex-husband (47M) for a while now. I left because I didn't think we were compatible, and for other reasons. Recently, I downloaded Grindr because nothing was happening with my ex months before our break, and I have needs to fulfill. 

I don't know how, but someone who knows my ex recognized me (I don't know who he is). He sent me some gross messages before asking, “Are you still with your boyfriend?” I panicked and deleted my account cause i felt ashamed. 

This morning I sent a message to my ex asking him to pick up some mail. He replied, telling me that someone had sent him messages on Facebook about me. This person was telling him, “You’ve finally set your puppy free,” “He was unhappy with you !” and “I fuck him everday.” It makes me want to throw up, and I feel like shit because of it. I feel like I’ve been reduced to a sex object, it disgusts me. I met like two guys I didn’t know who were outside our old social circle. I haven’t told absolutely anyone about my breakup or my ex. I really have no idea who this guy could be.

My ex is furious with me even though I didn't do anything, and he's using that to make me feel guilty. I feel bad for him, but this morning he was really horrible with me. He refuses to believe me and thinks I'm going around telling everyone I meet things about him. It's really not in my nature to do that kind of thing. I feel miserable because of this whole situation. In addition, i am scared about this guy inventing a whole thing about me and harassing my ex. If he can do that, what's next ???

Well, I don't have many people to talk to about this, so it feels good to write it down somewhere.
