First time fishing with kids

I haven't been fishing since I was a kid and have no idea what I'm doing really. My kiddos are triplets and three years old and have expressed interest in going fishing in a creek near our house. Are there any resources that would be good for me to read/ watch to make sure it's a good first experience for them?

I'll also need poles for everyone so if you guys have any recommendations there that would be great!
