Front Mission 2 Remake sale price overwritten by owning Front Mission 1st

Anyone else experiencing this? I can't buy Front Mission 2 Remake for the sale price because I already own Front Mission 1st, which offers a 20% discount on the second game, which overwrites the better sale price.

No workaround as far as I can tell and support can't help apparently!
