Uni of Glasgow or Liverpool for Business?

I currently hold two offers from these unis. I like big cities so that's a factor. If it wasn't 4 years I'd definitely be picking Glasgow but that extra year is getting in my head, plus Liverpool is close to Manchester and it's moderately easy to go to London over the weekends. What do you think?
