Too many jalapeños

Quick- my dad grows jalapeños but doesn’t actually know what to use them for, we have like two overflowing bowls of them, green and red.

Does anyone have any recipes to share? They don’t have to be mainly about jalapeños, but recipes I could possibly incorporate the peppers into.

Whenever I search for recipes I get the basic jalapeños poppers, or bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers (just so many jalapeño poppers, IM NOT MAKING MORE JALAPEÑO POPPERS 😭)
