Another Anesthesia Post - Signal advice

Applying anesthesia this cycle and trying to figure out my last few silver signals.
US MD at a T20, Step 2 255–259. Research-heavy app with a dedicated research year, 8 publications (multiple first author), 7 more manuscripts submitted, and 15 posters. I have 4 strong anesthesia LORs (PD, away rotation attending, big name from research year institution, and home anesthesia attending). Also did two aways at top-tier programs.
