Where do you find media sites with real Dubai/UAE or US traffic?

I’m looking for genuine online publications where we can place editorial content, ideally with real organic traffic and an actual audience in Dubai/UAE or the US.
I’m not interested in sites that only have high DR but little real traffic, or obvious link farms.
Where do you usually find and vet good publications like these? Any platforms, networks or specific methods you recommend?
