Stuck in act 1 part 2 of Horizon

I’m trying to find the hod damn clinic in the blacklight district. But I STG I have been wandering around for hours and I can’t find it. Can someone guide me please? I googled it and it said it was next to the medicine merchant but all that’s there is the shutter to the condemned sector. Please help
