family acts weird around me but not others

ive noticed that my immediate family who i live with acts so weird and awkward with me but as soon as i leave they're normal with one another? like its so disheartening, I'll leave to go to bed or something and then suddenly I hear them all laughing and having the time of their lives when nobody said a word when I was downstairs.

same with my sister. any time I hang out with her she basically says nothing and I have to carry the entire convo and even then, her responses are super vague. but when shes with my parents, suddenly shes the most chatty person alive.

im starting to think its a problem with me. unless im super comfortable with someone, I cant really hold a conversation to save my life. so im thinking that maybe my presence is just stifling or something? but then i also cant really "be myself" around them bc im the oldest so ofc they're judgemental and critical of everything I do which makes me hesitant to show even an ounce of personality.

but im just wondering if theres any way I could change the way i speak or act that would change this dynamic? Im so tired of it that I dont even wanna live here anymore lol
